Steven & Laura. Wow, this was one of those shoots were you come away thinking how was I that lucky. Steven had reached out to me to see if I could help him out with capturing his surprise proposal to Laura at Central park. Obviously that was a massive yes from me. We talked about how to make it seem like a regular photoshoot to mark their time in NYC.
We met at the edge of the park on the UWS of Manhattan and headed in and around to some 'rocks' that had a beautiful view of the lake and some NY buildings in the background. Of course the Autumn leaves were out in full force that morning which definitely made things even better.
Once we got to the rocks Steven and I positioned them preplanned with the backdrop of the lake, trees and city while he dropped down on one knee and I photographed the moment. Needless to say it was a beautiful, special moment to be a part of and these two were a dream to work with. More surprise proposals in London please and thanks!
